How to Install dmidecode software package in Debian 7 (Wheezy)

dmidecode software package provides SMBIOS/DMI table decoder, you can install in your Debian 7 (Wheezy) by running the commands given below on the terminal,

$ sudo apt-get update
$ sudo apt-get install dmidecode 

dmidecode is installed in your system.

Make ensure the dmidecode package were installed using the commands given below,

$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep dmidecode *

You will get with dmidecode package name, version, architecture and description in a table
